With expertise in HR solutions for specialized industries such as in Oil and Gas, Mining, Energy and Fast Moving Consumable Goods. Anicha has spearheaded the placement of hundreds of nationals and expatriate employees in mega projects in Mozambique over the past 11 years. Skilled in conflict management, immigration, contracting and human capital management. She currently is a startup angel investor and sits on board of other companies.

Anicha is also the founder of IMPACT (www.impactwomen.africa) an organisation that focuses on leveraging opportunities that exist in Mozambique to grow women in businesses and create partnerships with industries and extractive sectors by expanding networking and identify demand driven capacity development to allow the access to new clients and markets. With about 400 active members they continue to grow and have an active participation in the LNG local content initaitves.
