Ms Betty Namubiru

Manager National Content, Petroleum Authority of Uganda (PAU), Republic of Uganda

Betty Namubiru is a Local Content Expert in the Oil and Gas sector. She holds a master’s degree in Economic Policy and Planning (M.A.EPP) and an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Statistics (BSc. Econ, Stat-Hons) both obtained from Makerere University, Kampala.

She has worked with the Belgian Development Agency (Enable) as a National Technical Advisor for the Support to Skilling Uganda Project. She is a member of the Oil and Gas Sector Skills Council and is currently working as a National Content Manager with the Petroleum Authority of Uganda.
